Technical Features

• Used to transport liquefied petroleum gas, C3 propane and C4 butane, etc.

• The piggy-back type loading arm can be designed for volatile media, so that liquid and gas can be loaded at the same time.

• The maintenance platform is used for on-site maintenance of the swivel joint seals, and the maintenance platform is all hot-dip galvanized. The ladder is designed with an anti-fall system, which can fully guarantee the safety of maintenance personnel.

• The surface of marine loading arm is treated strictly in accordance with ISO standards to meet the requirements of marine corrosion protection, and the paint life can reach 10 years.

• There is a manually operated solenoid valve in the SVU at the root of the marine loading arm. This unique design ensures that the loading processes will not be affected when PLC fails.

• The structure design of swivel joint is double-sealed, which makes it easier to replace seals, and the leakage much lower than requirements of normal specification.

• he main steel structure is ASTM A36 or Q345B. This material is easy to weld and has good mechanical properties.

• The swivel joints at any positions can be disassembled and assembled separately, simplifying the repair and replacement process of swivel joint.
