● Whole machine seamless welded with over-thick steel, 600 degree quenching treatment. Whole machine is high performance and stable.
● X/Y/Z axis adopts HIWIN/PMI linear guide square rail to make sure the machine running smoothly and and high accuracy.
● X/Y/Z axis adopts Taiwan TBI ball-screw transmission, running smoothly with high precision.
● Big power 450B step motor and LEADSHINE 860H driver used for this machine to make sure high speed movement.
● Dust proof for X/Y/Z axis to protect the linear guide rail and ball-screw from the dust while working, so that the machine has much longer life.
● T slot working table to reduce power consumption of vacuum pump, to save cost for customer.
